Clavio AI provides AI-generated resume tailoring, cover letter writing, match scoring, and career assistance. All content is for informational and assistance purposes only and does not constitute career advice or guarantee employment outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Clavio AI. By using this service you confirm you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@clavioai.com.
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, use Clavio AI for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the application, share your account with others, or use automated tools to abuse the service.
Each account is for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing signs of sharing or abuse.
Free Tier: 3 document analyses per month, English only, basic output.
Pay Per Document ($1.99): Single analysis, all languages, full output package. One-time payment per document.
Pro Tier ($7.99/month): Unlimited analyses, all 20+ languages, full output package, priority processing. Renews automatically monthly until cancelled.
Applicable taxes including GST, HST, and VAT are added automatically at checkout based on your location.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied. Pay Per Document purchases are non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered. Contact support@clavioai.com for all refund requests.
Clavio AI, its name, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Clavio AI and are protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this application without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clavio AI and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email.
