When you create an account we collect your email address and a securely encrypted password. We never store your actual password — only a one-way encrypted hash.
We also store your plan type, usage count, and Stripe customer ID for billing purposes. We do not collect your name, address, nationality, or immigration status.
Resumes, cover letters, and job descriptions you submit are processed in real time and immediately deleted. We never store, log, or retain any document you upload under any circumstances. Your career information is yours alone.
We use your email to manage your account, send receipts, and notify you of important service updates. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Clavio AI never sees or stores your credit card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all payment security.
Clavio AI uses advanced AI technology for content generation, Stripe for payment processing, and cloud hosting for app delivery. Each provider maintains their own privacy and security standards.
Applicable taxes including GST, HST, and VAT are calculated automatically based on your location by Stripe Tax. These are collected from you at checkout and remitted to the appropriate tax authority.
We protect your data using HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, secure environment variables for all credentials, and rate limiting to prevent abuse.
